Mondream was founded in Paris in 2012 by Robert Oliver, a 30 year plus veteran of the New York real estate business, to bring New York-style real estate asset management strategies and execution to European commercial real estate and show how existing properties can be upgraded, returns increased, and value added.

Our name, Mondream, incorporates "monde", the French word for "world", with our mission, which is Global  Real Estate Asset Management.  And in keeping with our commitment to serve our clients anywhere in the world, we have expanded our presence to cover Paris, New York, and Luxembourg.  Our three principals have decades of complementary experience in leasing, marketing, consulting, acquisition and disposition, investment fund setup and administration, development, and construction management.
